Cancellation conditions
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days before arrival. If you do not show up, you will pay the total price of the reservation.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage with us in advance. Check-out until 10:00

Cleaning fee
Apartment Kaiserburg - € 70,00 (one time per stay) Apartment Strohsack - € 50,00 (one time per stay) Apartments Nockberge - € 50,00 (once per stay) Apartments Römerbad - € 40,00 (one time per stay) Apartments Kathrein - € 40,00 (one time per stay)
City tax
City tax € 2,70 per person per night. Not subject to tax are overnight stays of persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 17.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Childeren
In our house we accept childeren from the age of 4.
Payments
The deposit in the amount of 50% of the room rate must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after booking. In case of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price list!
